WHAT IS PROJECT OPIOID?
Project Opioid is a coalition of business, faith, and philanthropic leaders embracing new strategies to confront the overdose crisis in their communities.
We educate leaders on how they can transform and save the greatest amount of lives in 2021 and beyond by building a coalition, creating an overdose initiative, and doing high-level advocacy.
The Crisis

The COVID-19 pandemic has created the greatest mental health, substance abuse, and overdose crisis in U.S. history.

 

Communities across America are currently facing unprecedented levels of overdose and preventable deaths amid the pandemic. Now more than ever, leaders must be willing to embrace new strategies to transform and save the greatest number of lives impacted by this crisis in 2021 and beyond.
