Our Impact
Project Opioid’s work on the overdose crisis began in our hometown of Central Florida, where more than 100 business, faith, and philanthropic leaders across the region have come together to work on this incredible mental health, substance abuse, and overdose crisis.

Central Florida Initiative

Why has Central Florida seen success when others have failed?

Our progress is due to the commitment of a core group of community leaders who decided to abandon their political agendas in favor of a new, collective approach with the goal to decrease deaths of despair by a minimum 50% in three years.
